Privacy Policy

Signed Up LLC, doing business as Signed Up Signs & Printing, runs the website www.signedup.us. This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site or place an order, how we use it, and who we share it with. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, call or email us and we will explain.

What we collect

When you send a quote request or an order through our forms, we collect what you type in: your name, business name, phone number, email address, your message, the date you need the job by, your ZIP code or shipping address, your pickup or shipping choice, order notes, and any artwork files you upload. That is the information we need to answer you and make your product.

Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser on your device. We do not see what is in your cart until you send the order to us. If you clear your browser data, the cart is cleared too.

When online checkout is available it runs through Shopify, which handles your payment details on its own secure pages, and Shopify's own privacy policy applies to that step. Until then we arrange payment with you directly when you approve your proof. Our website never stores card numbers.

Like most websites, the tools that run our site may also log basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and send you a quote.
  • To prepare your free online proof and send it to you for approval.
  • To produce, pack, ship or hand over your order.
  • To keep a record of past orders so you can reorder the same item later.
  • To contact you about an order when something needs your attention, such as a file problem or a pickup notice.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the services we need to run the shop:

  • The email and form delivery service that carries your form submission to our inbox.
  • Shopify, which runs online checkout and processes payment once online checkout is available.
  • Shipping carriers, who receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your order.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We may share information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request.

Analytics and advertising pixels

Our site may use the Meta pixel and similar tools to measure how well our ads work and to understand how visitors use the site. These tools can set cookies and collect details such as the pages you view and your IP address. You can limit this through your browser settings, by blocking third party cookies, and through your Meta ad preferences in your Meta account.

Fonts

The text on this site uses fonts loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, and Google sees your IP address as part of that request. Google's privacy policy applies to that traffic.

Your artwork files

We keep the artwork files you upload so you can reorder without sending them again. We use them only to produce your orders. If you want your files deleted, email us and we will remove them.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send your request to signedup.info@gmail.com from the email address you used with us. We may need to keep some records for tax, accounting or legal reasons. If that applies to your request, we will tell you.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and adults. The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Please check back now and then.
