The proof

Every order gets a proof by email or text before it prints: your artwork at the ordered size, with the cut line, hem, or stake area shown. Look at spelling, phone numbers, and layout. Reply with approval or changes. Production starts when you approve.

Color

Screens are backlit and print is not, so colors can look different. If a color has to match, tell us and we check it before the run. Reorders use the same profile as your last job.

Changes and cancellations

Corrections to your proof before approval are free. New layouts, added elements, or redesigns are design work, charged at the flat design fee shown on the product page. After approval, custom-printed work is in production and cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned, or exchanged. Please double-check spelling, sizes, colors, and contact details before you approve. Your files

We are not responsible for print quality when the artwork you send is low resolution or pixelated. We flag what we notice, and our design service can rebuild a file for a flat fee.

Our guarantee

If your order does not match the approved proof, or arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we reprint it. Pickup orders can be checked at the counter before you leave.

Turnaround

Shop products are ready 1 to 3 business days after you approve the final proof. Table covers take 3 to 5 business days. Shipping time is extra.
