Terms of Service

Effective October 4, 2026

These terms apply to every order placed with Signed Up LLC, doing business as Signed Up Signs & Printing, whether you order online at www.signedup.us, by email, by phone, or in person at 243 Union Blvd, Totowa, NJ 07512. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you approve a proof.

What we make

We make custom printed products to order: signs, banners, decals, vehicle graphics, table covers, backdrops, yard signs and real estate signs ordered through our website, plus custom signage by quote such as storefront signs, channel letters, vehicle wraps and installation. Printed items are made for you. Stands, frames and posts sold on their own are hardware we stock, and hardware-only orders are final once paid.

Proofs and approval

Every order gets a free online proof. Nothing prints until you approve it. Take your time with the proof. You are responsible for checking spelling, sizes, colors, layout, quantities and contact details before you approve. Once you approve, we print what the proof shows. No cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges after approval

When you approve the proof, your order goes into production right away. From that point it cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned or exchanged. Every item is custom made for you and cannot be sold to anyone else. If you need to change something, tell us before you approve the proof.

Your artwork

We print the files you send us. We are not responsible for print quality problems caused by your artwork, such as low resolution, pixelated or blurry images, the wrong color mode, or missing fonts. If we notice a problem we may flag it, but we are not obliged to catch every issue. If you are unsure about a file, ask us before you approve the proof, or ask about our design service.

By sending us artwork you confirm that you own it or are licensed to use it, including any logos, images, text and trademarks. You agree to hold Signed Up LLC harmless from any claim that arises from the content you supplied. We may decline to print anything we believe infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful.

Our mistakes and shipping damage

If the finished product does not match the approved proof, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send photos of the problem, and of the packaging if there was shipping damage. We will reprint the item at no charge and handle any claim with the carrier. A refund instead of a reprint is at our discretion.

Durability notes on our product pages describe the typical life of a material under normal use. They are not a warranty. Outdoor life depends on sun, wind, how the item is mounted and how it is cared for.

Color

Colors look different on every screen, and printed colors can differ slightly from what you see on your monitor or phone. Colors can also differ between materials, for example a vinyl banner and a rigid sign printed from the same file. Small variation in color is normal and is not a defect. If an exact color match matters, talk to us before ordering.

Turnaround

Most products are ready 1 to 3 business days after you approve the final proof. Table covers take 3 to 5 business days. Turnaround starts only after both proof approval and payment, and does not include shipping time. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Large quantities, material shortages and weather can affect them. If you have a hard deadline, tell us when you order.

Pickup and shipping

Pickup at our shop in Totowa is free. We also ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping cost is based on the size and weight of your order and is calculated at checkout, or confirmed with your proof when you send an order request. If a package is lost in transit, let us know and we will replace it and handle the claim with the carrier.

Payment

Online orders are paid in full before production: at checkout when online checkout is available, or when you approve your proof if you sent an order request. Custom signage quotes may require a deposit before design or fabrication starts, with the balance due before installation or pickup. New Jersey sales tax is added where required. Design service fees are non-refundable once design work begins.

Prices and products

Prices, materials and products can change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If we find a pricing error on a quote or order, we will contact you before producing anything.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order, under any claim, is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed events, lost sales or lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of New Jersey.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
