Vehicle Graphics

Car Graphics

Laminated vehicle vinyl that survives car washes and NJ winters.

Car graphics are printed with UV gel ink on premium cast vehicle vinyl, laminated, and applied straight to the paint or glass. Contractors, realtors and small fleets choose them for a cleaner look than a magnet. Buy one for a tailgate or a matching set for every door. We print and laminate them in Totowa, and you approve a proof before anything prints.

How long it lasts

Laminated cast vehicle vinyl is the same class of material used on vehicle wraps. The laminate shields the print from UV, road salt and car wash brushes. It will not fade or warp in a season. Expect years of use on a daily driver. Hand washing is kinder than a pressure washer aimed at the edges. When you are done, it comes off with heat and patience, without pulling factory paint.

Choosing a size

A 12x12 suits a logo on a fender or back glass. A 12x24 fits most car and pickup doors, and 18x24 fills a van door. Go 24x48 and up for a box truck or trailer. Letters 3 inches tall read from about 30 feet.

Questions

Magnet or car graphic, which should I pick?

Graphics stay on and look painted on. Magnets come off at night. Pick graphics for a dedicated work vehicle, aluminum or fiberglass panels, or a cleaner look. Pick magnets for a car you also drive on weekends.

Will it damage my paint when it comes off?

Not on factory paint. Warm the graphic with a heat gun or hair dryer and peel slowly at a low angle. Repainted or peeling panels are a different story, so ask us first.

Can I put it through a car wash?

Yes, the laminate is made for it. Touchless washes are easiest on the edges. Keep a pressure washer wand a foot or more from the edge.

Do I have to buy two?

No. Car graphics are sold one at a time. Order one for a tailgate, or two for matching doors. The per-graphic price drops at 2, 3, 5 and 10, and the page shows it live.

Can I install it myself?

Yes. Clean the panel, peel the backing, and line it up. Smooth it on from the center out with a squeegee or a card. Ask us if you would rather we apply it.

Can you design the graphic for me?

Yes. Design service is a flat fee per order, shown on the page. Add it and we lay out your graphic from your logo and text and send a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.

When is it ready, and do you ship?

Ready in 1 to 3 business days after you approve the final proof. Free pickup at our shop in Totowa, or we ship anywhere in the US. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
