Die-Cut Decals

Your logo, cut to its own outline, no white box.

Die-cut decals are printed on laminated outdoor vinyl and cut to the outline of your art, not a rectangle. Shops put them on van doors, trailers, toolboxes, storefront glass and equipment. Order one small decal for a laptop or a big one for the side of a van. We print and cut them in Totowa, and you approve a proof before anything prints.

What's in the box

  • Your decals, in the quantity you order, each cut to the outline or shape you choose
  • Full-color print with UV gel ink on laminated outdoor vinyl, included with either cut
  • Transfer tape applied over each decal, so it goes on as one piece
  • Free online proof before production
  • Design service as an add-on, if you want us to lay out the art for you

How long it lasts

Laminated outdoor vinyl holds its color through sun, rain and car washes. Indoors it stays sharp for years. Outdoors on glass or painted metal, expect years of good color, longer out of direct sun. It likes smooth surfaces, so skip rivets, deep curves and corrugated panels. For a full-size door or tailgate graphic on vehicle vinyl, see Car Graphics.

Choosing a size

Price is by the ordered size, and your art fits inside it. A 4x4 suits a laptop or toolbox lid. A 12x24 fits a truck door, and 24x48 fills the side of a van. Letters 3 inches tall read from about 30 feet.

Questions

What is the difference between the two cuts?

Exact die-cut follows every edge of your artwork, so only the art stays on the surface. Shape die-cut trims the print to a circle, oval or square around your art. Both cuts cost the same, so pick the one that suits your logo.

How do I apply a die-cut decal?

Each decal arrives under transfer tape. Clean the surface, position the decal, and press it down with a squeegee or a card. Peel the tape away slowly at a low angle. Apply when the surface is above 50 degrees for the best bond.

Will it stick to my truck or trailer?

Yes, on smooth, clean panels and glass. It is not made for rivets, corrugation or deep curves. For a large rectangular graphic on a vehicle door, see Car Graphics.

Can I order just one?

Yes. Order 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 25 or 50. The price per decal drops at each step, and the page shows it live.

My logo is a JPG. Can you still cut around it?

Usually, yes. Upload what you have and add the design service. It is a flat fee per order, shown on the page. We rebuild the outline, lay out the art, and send a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.

When is it ready, and do you ship?

Ready in 1 to 3 business days after you approve the final proof. Free pickup at our shop in Totowa, or we ship anywhere in the US. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
