How long it lasts
The metal frame lasts for years of showings. Wipe it down after wet showings and touch up any chips in the black finish. Aluminum boards are built for years outdoors and will not fade or warp in a season. Because the board swings, a gust moves the sign more than the frame. Bring it in during a storm anyway.
Choosing a size
The frame takes one board, 18x24 in a horizontal layout, the open house standard that fits in a trunk. Make the arrow and OPEN HOUSE the biggest things on it. Each inch of letter height reads from about 10 feet.

How does the board attach?
It hangs from two clips on the frame. Lift the board on, and lift it off when the showing ends. No tools needed.
What is a swinger frame?
An A-frame with the sign hung from clips instead of locked in a channel. The board swings in the wind, so the frame is less likely to tip. It is the frame most agents already know.
