Real estate signs are the panels agents put up at every listing. Pick 4 mm corrugated plastic (coroplast) for a light, low-cost sign, or ACM aluminum for a rigid panel that lasts. Print one side or both, then add a PVC post or a rider. We print them here in Totowa and you approve a proof first.

How long it lasts
Coroplast is waterproof and does not rot or rust. Expect a season to a year outside before the sun softens the colors. ACM aluminum is two thin aluminum skins bonded to a solid core. It stays flat and will not rust, warp or fade in a season. Pick ACM for a sign that goes out listing after listing.
Choosing a size
18x24 is the standard agent panel. 20x30 gives the logo more room on a post. 24x36 suits lots seen from a moving car. Keep the phone number at least 3 inches tall. Each inch of letter height reads from about 10 feet.

Coroplast or aluminum?
Coroplast is light, waterproof and the usual pick for a sign out a few weeks. ACM aluminum is rigid, stays flat and lasts for years of listings. Pick aluminum for the post, coroplast for short runs and your own frames.
Single or double-sided?
Your choice, in either material. Double-sided reads from both directions on a post. Single-sided suits a panel mounted flat on a wall or fence.
Do you sell posts?
Yes. Add the PVC real estate post on the product page and the panel hangs from it. Hanging it from a post you already own? Put the hole spacing in your order notes.
Can I add a rider?
Yes. Riders are 6x24 in coroplast or aluminum, priced per rider. Add one for Under Contract, Sold, or your agent name.
Do I see a proof first?
Yes, every order. Upload finished art, or add the design service. Design service is a flat fee per order, shown on the page. Add it and we lay out your panel from your logo and text and send a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.
When is it ready, and do you ship?
Ready in 1 to 3 business days after you approve the final proof. Free pickup at our shop in Totowa, or we ship anywhere in the US. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
